1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tea & Lemonade AI, operated by Tea & Lemonade LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Montana limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Tea & Lemonade AI rewrites AI-generated text to reduce AI detection scores. We make no guarantee that humanized text will pass any specific AI detector, as detection technology changes frequently. Results will vary depending on the text submitted and the detector used.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and never expire. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. One credit equals one word processed. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tea & Lemonade AI to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights
  • Violate your school, employer, or institution's academic integrity or honesty policies
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
  • Use automated scripts to submit text in bulk without prior agreement

You are solely responsible for how you use the output of this service. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of humanized text.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your text solely to provide the service. The humanized output belongs to you. We retain all rights to the Tea & Lemonade AI platform, codebase, and brand.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific detection bypass results, or that the service will meet your specific needs. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tea & Lemonade LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
